Reservations Policies
We would like to inform you for your safety that the property is not suitable for people with disability conditions because it’s built into the cliff with many steps and no hand rails due to to the architecture.

Children of any age or extra persons are not allowed in Elegant suites and Executive suites 
Children are welcome only in Atrina Villa  Canava 1894 , Atrina Villa , Senior Suite , and if they exceed the capacity of the suite will be charged accordingly even if extra bed or baby cot  is not required 
Exceptions for children can be made only in the Honeymoon Suites and Deluxe Suite  but only after communication with the hotel and with an  extra cost 
Children of all ages must be announced upon reservation. 
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 80 per night and if the number of people exceeds the stated capacity of the suite , even if extra bed or baby cot is not required.

Any additional older children or adults are charged EUR 100 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Extra persons/beds are not allowed in the elegant suites.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
